Your team of “Rookie Chefs” will work directly alongside a professional Chef during this special “hands-on” class. For beginners, it is a fantastic way to better understand food and the cooking process. Small details like knowing how to best crack an egg or mastering the difference between dry and wet measuring are often implied knowledge, but our Chef will teach all of you the different aspects of the courses ahead. Plus, she is happy to answer all questions and to offer tons of advice.
Working in small groups means there will be many opportunities to divvy up responsibilities and for everyone to try many tasks throughout the experience.
