WHAT TO WEAR:
Comfortable, layered clothing (for example a short sleeve shirt under a long sleeve shirt) and fitness shoes. Bring or wear a sweater, jacket or sweatshirt. This is an inland hike and can get hot, especially in summer months (June-September). ABSOLUTELY NO FLIP FLOPS to be worn while hiking (they may be carried in a backpack for use before/after the hike).
