Bring together your staff and partners on an awesome scavenger hunt at the best place on Earth, the beach! Break up the monotony of business as usual and show your team how important they are to you and the company.
We will split into teams (we are happy to do this randomly or you can choose the teams) and compete to see who has the best eye and creativity as you stroll along the warm sand taking in the cool ocean breeze and solving fun clues along the way.
This experience allows your colleagues to participate in a fun and friendly experience that incorporates the history of the area, our scenic landmarks, and a hilarious bonding experience that they will talking about for years to come.
Your team will explore the sand, take in the sights along the Ocean boardwalk, while being introduced to our favorite local, our favorite eateries, and the best part of San Diego, our beach.
We meet up at the beach along the coastline and the team leaders from our staff will set the ground rules. The guides will entertain the group while providing little clues and guidance along the way too.
Mission beach provides a gorgeous backdrop to our brand of team building with the sun and shine and the ocean stretching out as far as the eye can see. The hunt includes hunting for locations, performing fun actions, and gathering points but the points are not nearly as important as the bragging rights for each team.
