Electric Bike Tour of Coronado Island

Start at our downtown location for training and orientation. After a 5 minute ride over to the Embarcadero, you'll board the ferry (leaves every hour on the hour) and enjoy a 20 minute ride through San Diego's Big Bay with sweeping views of the city skyline, the Convention Center, and the Coronado Bay Bridge. Embarking at the Coronado Ferry Landing, you'll have your choice of 20 independent shops and a variety of restaurants and eateries. Take the relaxing Bayshore Bikeway around the eastern side, cruising under the bridge, past the Coronado Municipal Golf Course, and out to the Pacific. Ride down the Silver Strand for a glimpse at the Naval Amphibious Base, then park the bikes to go in and explore the famous and glamorous Hotel Del Coronado. Take a break and relax on the #1 beach in the U.S., then cruise up to the entrance of the North Island Naval Base. Pick a route back to the north side, and enjoy the luxurious neighborhoods and meticulously manicured gardens. Orange Ave has all the options you need for a shopping break or a bite to eat. Be sure to check out Centennial Park on the way back to the ferry, which leaves every hour on the half-hour. Back on the mainland, its a short ride back to the office, located in the Gaslamp, so you can head straight out to dinner from here! Coronado has it all, luxury, small town relaxed vibe, incredible views of San Diego's skyline, and the beautiful Pacific coast hugging it on the west. This tour begins from our downtown tour office where you ride over to the embarcadero to catch the ferry. Then a 20 minute relaxed ride across the bay for spectacular views of North Island Naval Air Base, Coronado bridge, and of course the fresh San Diego skyline. From Coronado's Ferry Market landing you glide along the Bayshore Bikeway over to the famed Hotel Del Coronado. Cruise along the bikeway down the silver strand for sweeping views of San Diego's working Navy and shipbuilding harbor. Ready for a break, and a little sun, park your e-bike and head for California's #1 Beach. As you make your way back around the island enjoy the grand beauty of some San Diego's most luxurious and exclusive neighborhoods.
