Electric Bike Tour of Balboa Park

We'll start out with an orientation and fitting at our downtown office. The ride up the hill to Balboa Park will be a breeze with our hybrid electric bikes! Following the quiet bike paths on the southwest side of the park, we’ll get great views of the city and a chance to open up the throttles. As we pass the magnificent, prehistoric looking Moreton Bay Fig trees we’ll stop for photos and learn about the Mother of Balboa Park. Riding over the Cabrillo Bridge is a grand entrance into the heart of the park, and the site of the 1913-1915 Panama-California World’s Fair. We’ll meander through the park, with your guide taking you to the best photo ops and to little known gardens. In Balboa Park it is forever springtime, with different flowers blooming all year long, and our bike tour will show you the best of it. Encompassing 1200 acres, Balboa Park is one of the largest and oldest cultural parks in the world.
