There is nothing like sitting in the cockpit of a meticulously restored 1920's airplane flying over breath taking views of all that San Diego has to offer. Upon arrival to the airport, your pilot will acquaint you with the plane, how it works, and the history that makes it special. You will have a front row view of beautiful San Diego while the pilot navigates from the back cockpit. The sense of adventure will heighten when the 275 horsepower engine roars to life, and your adrenaline begins to flow right along with it. Once the tower clears you for take-off, the airplane will line up on the centerline of the runway. The biplane lifts off the ground, and the adventure is underway as San Diego drops beneath us and the ocean comes into view. You will fly low over beaches, inland over lakes, golf courses, vineyards and more. Flights booked for one allow the passenger to take the controls, and do some of the flying. No pilots license or experience required. Round-trip stretch limousine service with complimentary refreshments can be added to this package.
